Returning online orders by mail
If your package arrives damaged or defective (or you’ve simply changed your mind), and you are unable to return it to a store location, we will arrange to replace it by mail.
Please email our Web Store team within 15 days of receipt of product.
E-mail inquiries will be replied from Monday to Friday during regular business hours.
Please provide the following:
- Original invoice number (found on your packing slip, example: AIO38893)
- The product code of the unused item, in its original packaging
- Size of the item’s box you will be sending
- IMPORTANT: Please do not send back orders before contacting us.
We will not accept returns or exchanges on used items or items without original packaging under any circumstances. Unless an incorrect or damaged item has been sent to you, the shipping charge will be your responsibility.
If you change your mind about the product, you must send the package with the freight prepaid otherwise the package will be refused. You can also go to any of our convenient locations to return or exchange your items. Simply bring in the item and the receipt that was sent to you with your purchase.
