Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • During holidays, sales, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Free Shipping Offers

  • Free shipping promotions may be available on qualifying orders and will be clearly displayed on our website when applicable.

Estimated Delivery Times

Canada

  • Ontario: 1–3 business days

  • Other Provinces: 3–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

  • Some remote locations may require additional delivery time.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (USA Orders)

Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by U.S. customs authorities.

Any applicable customs duties or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number (when available), allowing you to track your package.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.

Indian Kitchen King & Puja Hut is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged or you believe your package has been lost, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or the expected delivery date).

Please include:

  • Your Order Number

  • Photos of the damaged package or product (if applicable)

We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be changed or cancelled only if they have not yet been shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to modify or cancel it.
